  • Q: What is ‘My Account’?
    In ‘My Account’ Section you can manage your personal information, Prescriptions and view your previous orders or order refills. Here you can manage all information related to your account.
  • Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?
    You can check status of your orders in ‘Orders’ Section in your account. This information is periodically updated and shows you current status.
  • Q: Can I order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’?
    No you can not place order for a medicine if we do not have it in stock, Either you can buy a suggested alternative or contact us and we will try to arrange that medicine for you

Cancellations & Returns

  • Q: Why was my order cancelled?
    There can be various reasons for cancelation of your order like out dated prescription, incorrect address, or cancelation by our verification department. please contact out customer care to know reason for cancelation of your order.
  • Q: How do I return an item purchased on SaveMyMeds?
    Contact our customer care for returns and cancelations, they will guide through the process of returning your medicines. All replacement requests are subject to approval from our cancelation department. Medicines will only be returned in following cases:-
    • You have received different medicine, other than which you have ordered
    • Medicines you received have expired.
    • Medicines were not in proper packaging or packaging was damaged while shipping
  • Q: What is the pickup process? Why I have been asked to ship the item?
    Currently we don’t have a provision to get your packages picked up, you would have to courier them to us. Please contact our customer care and they will provide you the return address.
  • Q: I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?
    All replacement requests are subject to approval from our cancelation department. Medicines will only be returned in following cases:-
    • You have received different medicine, other than which you have ordered
    • Medicines you received have expired.
    • Medicines were not in proper packaging or packaging was damaged while shipping.
    Refunds/Replacement will be processed within 2 business days after we receive your medicines.
  • Q: Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
    If you return your order then you’ll have to return free gift also. Refund will only be processed after we receive all contents of the order.
  • Q: What items can I exchange?
    We will only replace medicines which were purchased from us. We will not honour replacements if medicines were not purchased from us. All replacement requests are subject to approval from our cancelation department. Medicines will only be returned in following cases:-
    • You have received different medicine, other than which you have ordered
    • Medicines you received have expired.
    • Medicines were not in proper packaging or packaging was damaged while shipping.
  • Q: Can I return part of my order?
    Yes you can return part of your order if it is covered by our replacement/refund policy. Please contact our customer care and they will guide you through the process of returning your products.
  • Q: When are returns not possible?
    You will not receive a refund for your order if your order is not covered by our refund policy or if the medicine has been partially consumed (Cut strips will not be returned). Please contact our customer care representatives, they will help you through process of returning your order.
  • Q: When is Refund provided?
    We will process your refund/replacement after we receive and check contents of your order. In case of replacement, it will be processed within 2 working days. In case of refund, Please provide your bank details to our costumer care executive and we will process your refund in 2-3 working days.
  • Q: I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
    There may be several reasons for that, your refund/replacement request may have been rejected by our cancelation team. Please contact our customer care to get exact reason for cancelation of your refund/replacement request.
  • Q: How do I cancel and order?
    Please contact our customer care executive to do any modification in your order.

  • Q: How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
    After we have received contents of your order, we will process refund/replacement in 2-3 working days.
  • Q: What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
    Currently we only support NEFT to your bank account. For that you would have to provide your bank account details to our consumer care executive and we will process your refund request in 2-3 business days.
